RGS add potato windrower to their portfolio

RGS Forfar will be available from next year and the new feature here is an added potato withdrawer. Developed along with Scott’s of Boston in Lincolnshire, this ScanStone withdrawer has float head for the conditions of sloping ground, hydraulic lane adjustment, Diablo rollers (which sense depth), self leveling, and the pivot ends hydraulically controlled with cross conveyor and there are also rotary and rocker agitators fitted in. Claas sets new world record in harvesting

CLAAS Lexion 770TT combine harvester from Lincolnshire recently set new world record for the grain amount that it harvested in a period of eight hours. New record here is 675.84 tonnes and this is massive twenty two percent higher than previous record that was set in the year 2008. For achieving this record, Lexion 770 over period of eight hours maintained work rate average at 85.5 tonnes per hour but only 1.15 liters of the fuel per tonne was consumed. Reco will import and distribute the Brevi

From November 1, Reco has become importer and the distributor for Brevi power cultivators and harrows. The manufacturer says that these machines will fill up the gap that is left by termination of the agreement of Maschio. They will be offering similar equipment options and sizes which were available previously. Polaris to introduce Forest to their Sportsman ATV range

Polaris has introduced new ATV to their line-up of Sportsman for the next year. This 500 Forest model has variable transmission along with a low ratio range, permanent winch of 1,100 kilograms, and shaft drive as standard. Farmers need to get better insurance for their tractors

GAP insurance provider ALA has warned that farmers need a good insurance policy as protection in case their tractors are stolen. If this doesn’t happen, then the they might face a financial shortfall. ALA recently launched some new insurance products that are aimed specifically at agriculture market.
